Our Story

Small team. Every step.

Cold Break is owner-operated, housed in a 6,000 square-foot facility with a full-production 15-barrel brewhouse and a 125-seat tap room. From milling grain to pulling your pint, a small crew of brewers handles it all — which means we can play, experiment, and pour something a little different whenever the mood strikes.

We're a West Hill neighbourhood spot at heart: fresh beer, honest food, and a room built for lingering.
